Principles of personal data processing

  Here is information on the manner and extent of processing of your personal data, including the scope of your rights in relation to it:   Who is the controller of personal data? We obtain personal data directly from you, based on your registration for the conference. What personal data do we collect? When registering for the event: • title, first name, surname, title after name, date of birth, email, telephone, profession, name of the organization, address of the organization, ID number. For what purposes do we use personal data? For the purpose of your participation in the event, i.e. to: • registration for the event • sending information about the event • informing about a change in the date or place of the event, about the cancellation of the event, about other details and requirements of the event
  • checking and enabling entry to the event • settlement of the complaint and possible refund of the registration fee For the purposes of processing for the legitimate interest of SPRP, i.e.: • offers of products and services related to the event (e.g. accommodation, transport, accompanying programme) • prevention and detection of fraudulent behavior
By registering and entering the event, participants agree to the acquisition of photo and video documentation, which can be used for marketing purposes of the event.

Cookies

After the personal data retention period has expired, the administrator deletes the personal data. To whom can we provide personal data? To entities that are authorized by law to request this data. Is the provision of personal data voluntary? The provision of your personal data is entirely voluntary and based on a contractual basis; if you refuse to give us the requested personal data, it is not possible to register you for the event through SPRP. Revocation of consent to the processing of personal data You can revoke your voluntarily given consent to the processing of personal data at any time free of charge by sending an email to the address: info@eciprague.com. What rights do you have regarding personal data in connection with event registration? • the right to access personal data • the right to correct personal data • the right to erasure of personal data • the right to restrict the processing of personal data • the right of portability of personal data How does SPRP ensure the protection of personal data? We store personal data in secure electronic form and use it to fulfill the above purposes. We have implemented adequate technical, administrative and physical security measures to protect your personal data from unauthorized access, transfer, loss or destruction, or other possible misuse. Persons who come into contact with personal data in the course of fulfilling their work or contractual obligations are bound by a legal or contractual obligation of confidentiality. Where can you file a complaint against the processing of personal data?
